Ingredients
  

  • 12 Large Eggs Hard Boiled.
  • 180 grams Cream Cheese Softened. Approx 3/4 cup.
  • 1 tsp Dijon
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Or to taste.
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper Or to taste.
  • 25 grams Small Sliced Tomato Optional but Recommended, Topping.

Method
 

  1. In a large pot add about 1 inch of water to the pot (enough to cover the eggs) and bring to a rapid boil.
  2. Once boiling, gently place the eggs into the pot.
  3. Cover and turn the heat off. Let the eggs boil for 13 minutes.
  4. Immediately place the eggs in cold water for about 15 minutes.
  5. Once the eggs have cooled, peel and cut lengthwise.
  6. Remove the egg yolks into a mixing bowl with all remaining ingredients. Mash together with a fork or use a mixer until combined.
  7. Spoon the filling back into the egg and top with a thin slice of tomato.
