Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender except for the olive oil and poppy seeds.
- Turn on the blender and slowly add in the olive oil to emulsify the dressing. This will take approx. 5-8 minutes.
- Once blended, stir in poppy seeds.
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
- Enjoy!
