Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Sweetener Example. Swerve Granulated Sweetener, Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener or Erythritol
  • 2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender except for the olive oil and poppy seeds.
  2. Turn on the blender and slowly add in the olive oil to emulsify the dressing. This will take approx. 5-8 minutes.
  3. Once blended, stir in poppy seeds.
  4. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
  5. Enjoy!
